Apple App Store purchases
Odysseus subscriptions can only be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase inside the Momentum Grids iOS app. Momentum Grids does not accept subscription payments on this website.
Cancelling a subscription
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and choose Momentum Grids. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access ordinarily continues until the end of the current subscription period. See Apple’s subscription cancellation guidance for current instructions.
Requesting a refund
Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” and select the Momentum Grids subscription. Eligibility varies by country or region and is determined by Apple under its applicable terms. If a technical issue prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us at support@momentumgrids.com so we can help resolve it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. The Apple App Store shows the relevant price, subscription period, and renewal information before payment is confirmed.
