What this covers

This policy explains how Momentum Grids handles personal information when you use the website, native iOS app, widgets, and habit-tracking features.

Information we process

• Account information, such as your username and verified email address.
• Habit names, descriptions, history, notes, numerical progress, and optional reward settings that you choose to add.
• Security and operational information needed to protect accounts, prevent abuse, and diagnose service failures.
• Subscription purchase and status information provided by Apple when you buy Odysseus through In-App Purchase in the iOS app. Momentum Grids does not receive or store your card number or App Store payment credentials.

Why we use it

We process this information to provide the service, synchronize your account across devices, secure accounts and integrations, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use the site for advertising profiling.

Service providers

Momentum Grids uses carefully selected providers to run the service, including hosting and database providers, email delivery for account messages, and Apple for App Store distribution and In-App Purchases. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.

Retention and security

We keep account information while your account is active. When you delete your account, its account content is removed from the active service. Limited security, transaction, or legal records may be retained only when reasonably required for fraud prevention, financial obligations, dispute handling, or applicable law. Passwords are stored using secure hashes. Integration secrets are designed to be revocable and are not displayed again after creation.

Your choices

You can update your account information, export your habit data, change your password, manage active integrations, and permanently delete your account from the iOS app. Account deletion removes habits, history, rewards, settings, and active sessions. Deleting a Momentum Grids account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage that separately through your Apple Account.
